Our mission is to provide superior emergency medical services – from the patient’s perspective. Everything we do and all of the data we measure is ultimately focused on patient care and service. All of our employees endeavor to fulfill our mission every day. Larry Stone, myself, and our entire team at Pro EMS hold the public trust that we have earned in high regard.

We pride ourselves on being an open and progressive organization. We’ve been fortunate enough to study and learn from some of the best EMS systems in the country. These systems have welcomed us, and our countless questions, time and time again. Our industry is a young, relatively small group who can benefit from the trials, pitfalls and successes of our contemporaries. Consequently, we have provided a great deal of information and content on our site including our Polices and Procedures and Employee Handbook. We do this in an attempt to reciprocate to those who have helped us and to assist others.
